2 lbs. hamburger
1 small onion
1 c. elbow noodles
1 beef bouillon cube (dissolved in 1 c. hot water)
1 8 oz. can tomato paste
dash of garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Brown hamburger with the chopped up onion. Drain. Boil the 1 c. of noodles for 10 minutes. Pour 1 c. of the hot water into a measuring cup and let the bouillon cube dissolve in it. Mix all the ingredients in a deep casserole dish. (I like to add 1/2 c. of red wine, too) Stir. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on the top. Bake, covered, 350º
for 30 minutes.
