2 lbs. stew meat, cut into large bites
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg can mushrooms, drained
1 can ginger ale (not diet)
1/2 c. red wine
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover tight with foil and bake at 300º for 3 hours.
NO PEEKING!

Excellent over wide egg noodles!
