3 tbsp olive oil
3 chicken breasts (cubed)
1/4 diced white onion
3 green onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper flakes
2 litres chicken broth
1 can kernel corn (undrained)
1 can black beans (rinsed)
1 can diced tomatoes
cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil. Add cooked chicken, garlic, cumin, onion, red pepper, chili pepper. (2 minutes).
Add chicken broth, corn, beans, tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour over crunched up chips in a soup bowl and top with shredded cheese.
