boneless pork (cubed)
1 egg
cornstarch
1 cup ketchup
1 cup vinegar
1 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg in bowl. Mix in cornstarch (a tbsp or so). Coat the cubed pork in the cornstarch mixture then deep fry in a couple of inches of vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Remove and drain pork. Mix the ketchup, vinegar, and sugar together in a sauce pan. Add pork and heat. Let simmer until sauce thickens.
