1 lb of skiness haddock fillet
About 20 ritz crackers
1/2 lb lump crabmeat
8 tbsp butter

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Place cracker in a resealable plastic bag and crush into crumbs.
3. Melt half the butter and mix the cracker crumbs, the crab, and melted butter in a small mixing bowl.
4. Put this stuffing mix in a shallow baking dish. Cut the fish into 4 serving pieces and arrange them over the stuffing.
5. Dot the fish with the remaining butter and season with salt and pepper
6. Bake for about 20mins
