1 red bell pepper - cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper - cut into strips
1 orange bell pepper - cut into strips
1 onion - quartered
4 tbsp lemon-rosemary dipping oil
1 tsp black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Place bell peppers and onions onto non-stick baking sheet
3. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with pepper
4. Cook 20 minutes or until peppers are soft
