1/2 lb chicken breast
2 tbsp oil
4 oz spicy brown mustard
8 oz sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Set up a dredging station with mustard in one bowl and sunflower seeds in another bowl
2. Heat oil in pan on medium-low heat
3. Dip chicken first in mustard and then into sunflower seeds. Make sure to coat both sides.
4. Place coated chicken in pan, cover with lid and cook 10-15 minutes depending on the size of your chicken (make a small slice into the chicken breast to make sure it is cooked through)
5. Served with Roasted Red Peppers (find in separate recipe)
