7 cups cups dried bread crumbs
1 cup chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1-2 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2-1 tsp poultry seasoning
2/3 cup melted butter
2 1/2 cups turkey broth, if you cook the giblets you can use that broth.
2eggs slightly beaten

mix ingredients,including cooked giblets. mix until moist, but not gooey.
place into turkey cavity. any extra dressing can be put into a baking pan and cooked at 350degrees for 30 min.

mom would put the giblets on the stove and cook them, then cut them up and put them in the dressing. Between Mauri and me this is about as close as we could get to mom's, but hers was even better. Mom made everything from scratch didn't us a recipe, just adjusted to taste.
