1 package Tenderflake puff pastry
1 litre whipping cream
2packages instant pudding powder (vanilla,chocolate or lemon)

Directions:
Defrost puff pastry the night before. Roll out puff pastry with rolling pin until thin. Cut into horizontal strips approx15-16 per sheet of pastry. Wrap around cannoli forms and bake at 400ºC for 10-15 minutes. Remove shells from forms carefully and cool.
Make cream by beating whipping cream and pudding powder for 2 minutes. Put in pastry bag and fill cannoli shells. Sift icing sugar over top and refrigerate.

These are very easy to make and Always a crowd pleaser because they are so light and fresh. There is even puff pastry already rolled out to make it faster. The forms can probably be found at a bakery or bakery supply store. Enjoy!
