Combine:
2 cups sugar
1.2 cup oil
2 eggs

Add: 4 cups diced apples

Sift together:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry mixture to apple mixture. Pour into 9"X13" greased cake pan and bake for one hour in preheated oven at 350ºF or until done in the middle..

Serve it hot. Try it plain, frosted or with whipped cream.

This is Patsy's favorite cake and Linda makes it for her birthday. They both use extra apples in their apple cakes.
