2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter (not margarine)
3/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
1. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
3. Beat in eggs and add milk.
4. Gradually add flour mixture.
5. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
6. Drop by rounded teaspoons on cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes or until light brown. DO NOT OVERBAKE.

Stephanie says that all she really does is put everything into a bowl at once, drop the cookies, and bake them until golden brown. Sometimes she keeps them gooey. If they bake too crispy, she gives them to Uncle Dave
