1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 c butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk (1 can)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Melt chips and butter in sauce pan. Add sugar and milk, blending well. Stir constantly, bringing to boil and cook 8 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Serve over ice cream. Yummy !
