* 5 large macintosh apples, cored (about 2 lbs)
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/3 cup seedless raisin
* 3 tablespoons sugar, to taste
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place apples in microwave dish.
2. Add water and raisins and cover.
3. Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
4. Let stand 10 minutes.
5. Remove apple skins and mash apples with a fork.
6. Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
