Lots of Garlic at least 8 cloves+
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2-1 pound hard salami cut into match stick slices
zucchini cut into match stick slices (or asparagus)
capers drained
2 cups cream
rotilla pasta
2 cups Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and drain, meanwhile
Saute garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes
add salami, zucchini, and capers stir and heat,
Add cream and cook to reduce.
Put hot pasta in a large bowl, pour garlic mixture over and add Parmesan cheese and mix. Serve with extra Parmesan cheese.

This is such a flavorful pasta, measurements are approximate. Any large pasta will work if you cannot fine rotilla. This serves a large crowd easily. I call it "Wedding Pasta" because I have made it for my 2 youngest sons Brandon and Garrett's rehearsal dinners before their weddings!
