1 pound raw hamburger
1 large onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1-2 can/s Chinese noodles
or use cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and onion in skillet, salt and pepper to taste, can add some cayenne pepper too (be careful, a little goes a long way), drain fat, add mushroom soup, fill can with water, add this to meat. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. Combine water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Cook 2-3 minutes before serving, don't want the vegetables soft. Pour meat mixture over cooked rice or noodles.
