4 med. zucchini
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
I box dry chicken Stove Top Dressing
1 lg. yellow onion
1 cube butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut zucchini and onion into 1-inch pieces, steam until tender. In separate bowl, toss dry stuffing with seasoning pkg. and 1 cube melted butter. In another bowl, mix together the sour cream and soup; add vegetables. Layer in 2 1/2 quart casserole, starting with stuffing and ending with the stuffing. Bake 30 minutes @ 375 degrees.

TIP: You can use any vegetable of your choice, or mix vegetables---must be fresh. Can add mushrooms too.
