1 1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 T cold butter
2 T flour
2 1/2 c rhubarb (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl :Cream flour, sugar, egg and butter.
Add the Rhubarb - fold in with a wooden spoon.
Place in an unbaked pie crust.
Top of pie crust - sprinkle 1 T sugar over the top and drizzle a tiny bit milk to wet the sugar.
Bake slow at first at 350 for 5 minutes then bake at 400 till golden brown. About 50 minutes.

Please don't mess this recipe up by adding Strawberries. This pie is simply a bite of heaven just as it is. Grandma Jerry was the best Pie Maker as was my mom and Leah Kalsu. Could these gals ever make PIE!
