2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
1 Tbsp Cilantro,
1 Tbsp Cumin,
Coarse salt,
Coarse white pepper (can sub black pepper),
2 Tbsp lemon juice,
Serrano chilies for a little warmth (if desired)

Peel and seed avocados, mash using a fork (chunky).
Cut and seed tomato
Dice onion
Blend avocados, tomato and onion with cilantro, cumin, lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut and seed serrano chile if desired for a little warmth.

This is a simple recipe but soo good. If you want you can add crisp bacon but it's great just like it is. Weldon says: I could eat the whole thing but I don't.
