8 Qt. tomatoes
6 large onions
1 1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tsp red pepper
1/4 cup salt
2 tsp cloves, cinnamon and allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare tomatoes by dipping in hot water then skinning. Chop into pieces. Chop the onions. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened. Bottle in pints and cook 45 min in a steam canner.
