Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
4 cups of a mixture of your favorite add-ins (mini chocolate chips, raisins, craisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped or ground nuts, unsweetened coconut, dried blueberries, ground flax seeds, etc etc)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup melted butter OR 1/2 cup applesauce (I have never used applesauce but I hear it makes for moister bars)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. In separate bowl mix condensed milk with melted butter (or applesauce) and stir together as best you can. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and grease it. Spread mixture on top and press evenly onto cookie sheet until flat and compact. Bake at 350*F for approx 20 min until brown around edges. Let cool for 15min, then carefully invert onto a clean cutting board. Tactfully remove the foil and let cool another 5 min. Cut into bars or squares. To keep crisp, store in a container with lid slightly open.
