1 lb hamburger, browned
32 oz spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 T chives
½ tsp. oregano
1 egg
8 oz uncooked lasagna noodles
16 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer hamburger, spaghetti sauce, and water for 5 minutes. Mix ricotta cheese, chives, oregano, and egg. In a 9x13 pan, spread 1 ½ cups meat sauce; top with half of noodles, half of cheese mix and half of mozzarella cheese. Repeat with noodles, cheese mix, and mozzarella. Top with remaining meat sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
*I sometimes split it and put it in 2 8x8 pans and cook one and put the other in the freezer.
