1 roasting chicken, cooked and cut in small pieces
1 qt chicken broth, thickened with 4 tablespoons flour, cooked (makes gravy mixture)
1 ½ qt bread crumbs
¾ cup melted margarine
1 ¼ tsp sage
¼ cup cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Arrange cooked chicken in a 9x13-inch cake pan. Mix bread crumbs, margarine, sage, cream, salt, and pepper thoroughly. Spoon over chicken. Pour gravy mixture over all. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 10-12 servings.
