3 T all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs beef round steak cut into serving pieces
1 med onion chopped
1/4 green pepper chopped
1 can (8oz) whole tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour and seasonings in shallow dish. Coat meat in seasoned flour; pound into meat. Place meat in water-soaked clay pot. place onion and green pepper over meat. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Cover with lid.
2. Microwave for 10 min on High. Rearrange meat pieces; recover.
3. Microwave 55-60 min on simmer or until meat is fork tender. Let stand 5 minutes covered before serving
