1 C. Lite cherry pie filling (21 oz)
1 1/2 C. boiling water
1 pkg sugar free cherry jello (8 serving size)
1 1/2 C. cold water
4 C. angel food cake cubed (sugar free if you can find it)
3 C. cold 1 % milk
2 pkg. sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding (4 serving size each)
1 tub lite cool whip

Reserve 1/3 C. cherry pie fill for garnish; set aside. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water & remaining cherry pie filling. Refrigerate 45 min or until slightly thickened. Place cake cubes in 3Qt serving bowl. Spoon jello mixture over cake & refrigerate 45 min or until set but not firm. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes & beat with wire whisk 2 min. Gently stir in 2 cups of cool whip. Spoon over jello mixture in bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Top with remaining cool whip & reserved cherry pie filling. Store in Refrigerator.
