1 1/2 Cups Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp Kosher salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
4 eggs, large
2 1/3 cups sugar
2 sticks melted butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Have all ingredients at room temperature
For a 9x9 pan: cook about 35 minutes
For a 13x9 pan: cook about 30 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease baking pan.
2. In a bowl, stir together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitter with a paddle beater, beat the eggs and sugar on high speed until very think and more than double in volume, about 7 minutes.
4. Reduce mixer speed to low. Add the butter, vanilla, dry ingredients, then chocolate chips. Beat until just blended. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
5. Bake until the brownies are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool completely.
