3lbs,ground/beef,sirloin,or chuck,3 ounces of sharp chedder cheese,3 ounces pepper jack cheese,6 buns,mushrooms,chipolte mayo,onion,tamatoe,lettuce,carvers seasoning,

Put hamburger meat and cheese in a bowl,mix by hand,sprinkle carvers seasoning make 6-5" 1-1\4 pattys,salt and pepper,dress buns by dipping open end in greace,grilled onions,tamatoe,lettuce,sauted mushrooms,chipolte mayo,katsup,mustard,cook on grill for 5mins per side put together microwave for 10 sec and serve
