Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. hamburger
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion- chopped
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into solid loaf. Cook at 350 for 1 hour in center of oven without sauce. This is to cook off some of the grease from the meatloaf. Drain off excess fat. The loaf can now be frozen for later use.

Add Prego tomato sauce (or your favorite sauce). Cover loaf well with sauce as the sauce will later be poured over rice or potatoes. Cook another 45 minutes.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Dave's mom, Jennie Silva, taught him to make homemade spaghetti sauce with meatballs. Dave used her meatball recipe to make this meatloaf.
Dave often makes this dish for his Shooting Competition buddies. It is his most requested meal.
