1 (19.8 oz.)package fudge brownie mix
3/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup oil,extra light olive oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips chopped

Directions:

Line 2 mini muffin tins with paper liners. Set aside. In large bowl combine dry brownie mix, egg, oil, applesauce. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix. Stir in cranberries and chips. Divide batter amount the tins. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes.
