Beat 2 minutes on low speed:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges w/juice
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil

FROSTING:
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cake batter into greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

FROSTING:
Beat ingredients on low speed and spread on cooled cake. Frosting will be thick.
