Beef, chicken or pork (boiled in salted water
15-20 minutes until meat is almost tender)

Yucca (chopped) Carrots (diced)
Potatoes (diced) Plantain
Corn

SAUCE:
tomatoes cilantro
green onion regular onion (diced)
red or green pepper 1-2 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Add vegetables to meat mixture. Boil yucca 5 minutes and add carrots. Boil carrots 5 minutes and add potatoes, plantain and corn last. Boil all about 7-10 minutes.

Sauce: Saute in butter or oil for 3-5 minutes. Stir constantly. Add sauce to vegetable mixture. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve with rice.
