4 large eggs
1 cup buttered, softened
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 cups chopped pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 2 -12 cup muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray or paper muffin liners. Beat eggs until fluffy, add butter and continue mixing. Add brown sugar and flour and mix until the ingredients are just moistened.
Fold in pecans. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups until each is 2/3 full. Bale 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from muffin cups.
