1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1 lb. ground chuck
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 8 oz can of sliced mushrooms,
drained
1 canned condensed cream of
chicken soup
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet melt butter. Saute onion and garlic until they are translucent. Add ground chuck to the onion and garlic mixture, stirring as the beef browns. Add the flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, continuing to stir. Add soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles.
