5 lbs. long grain rice, uncooked
16 2/3 cups water
5 Tbsp. salt
6 ½ Tbsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Bring water, salt and margarine to a rolling boil in a large roasting pan on top of the stove. Pour rice into pan.
Stir with a fork. Cover pan and place pan in 350 F preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and lift rice gently with a fork to separate grains. Serves 25 people.
May bag left over cooked rice in freezer bags and freeze.Take out amount needed later and place in covered saucepan and sprinkle with ¼ cup water and heat on low heat until hot.
