1 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups water
1 small pkg. lime jello mix
1 small pkg. lemon jello mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup small curd cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water. Add lime and lemon jello mixes. Whisk in mayonnaise and cottage cheese. Add pineapple. Pour into a large rectangle Pyrex dish. Refrigerate until congealed. Cut into squares and serve our of dish or on lettuce leaves.

Personal Notes:
May use all strawberry jello and strawberries or
all orange jello and drained cut up mandarin oranges. May add 1 cup chopped nuts to any of the above. May add ½ cup chopped cherries to pineapple or orange mixture.
