2 tablespoons oil
2 lbs,sirloin steak, but into 1-1/2 inch cubes
2 tbsps butter
1 tbsp flour
1 (l0 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can beef broth
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Brown meat in small batches and set aside. In same skillet add butter, flour, cream of mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, beef broth and garlic salt, stirring well to combine all ingredients. Add the meat to skillet. Cover and place in skillet in oven. Continue to cook for 1-1/2 hrs. or until meat is
tender. Remove from the oven and add sour cream ,if desired. Return skillet to oven for 5 minutes.. Serve over noodles.
