1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 (6-8oz) bag corn chips
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 9-in. pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup of corn chips in bottom of pie crust. Spoon meat over chips. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining corn chips on top. Bake at 350º for 15-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
