2 lbs grated cheddar cheese
3 - 7 oz cans of green chile, finally chopped
1 - 4 oz of jalapeņo chili, finally chopped with any seeds removed
(Buy jalapeņo chili not chopped so you can take the seeds out.
A 4 oz can made the dish spicy.)
12 well-beaten eggs
1/2 tbsp garlic salt
8-10 pre-cooked sausages

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Pre-spray oil on baking dish.
Mix jalapeņos and green chili together well.
Layer cheese, chilies, and sausage in baking dish.
Combine eggs and garlic salt.
Pour over cheese, sausage, and chili mixture.
Bale 30 minutes or until eggs are cooked (as many as 45 minutes)
Cool and cut into 1 inch squares for an appetizer..
