Filling;
1-8 ounce "Philly" cream cheese, softened,
1/4 cup sugar,
1 egg, beaten,
Bread;
1 3/4 cup flour,
1 1/2 cup sugar,
1 tsp baking soda,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg,
1 stick melted margarine,
1 egg,beaten,
1/3 cup water,
1 cup pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Cream all filling ingredients, set aside. Combine all dry ingredients of bread, then combine with remainder of ingredients until moistened. Put 2 cups aside. Pour remaining batter into 9 by 4 inch greased and floured loaf pan. (or 2 mini loaf pans) Pour cream cheese mixture over pumpkin batter, and remaining 2 cups of batter on top of that. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until knife comes out dry. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
