In mixing bowl:
3 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1 T. salt

Heat in saucepan:
3 c. water
1/2 c. honey
2 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour warm liquid over flour. Beat 3 minutes with electric mixer. Stir in 1 additional cup whole wheat flour. Add 4 - 4 1/2 c. white flour. Knead 5 minutes using additional white flour if necessary. Place in greased bowl. Let rise until double. Punch down. Divide dough in half and shape loaves. Place in loaf pans. Cover. Let rise 40 - 45 minutes. Bake at 375º 40 - 45 minutes.
