2 cups cooked rice
2 cups shrimp, peeled, slightly cooked
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup can milk
Cheese, grated to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spray 9x13-inch dish with cooking spray. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese melts and is lightly brown.
