2 Tbsp. butter
1 large chopped onion
1 large chopped bell pepper
2 chopped ribs celery
1 Tbsp. garlic
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
½ tsp. red pepper
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 small can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pound chopped crab meat
¾ cup cooked rice
2 cups sharp grated cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, pepper, celery, and garlic in butter. Add Tabasco and red pepper. Stir in cream cheese, 1 stick of butter, and cream of mushroom soup. Let cream cheese and butter melt. Stir occasionally. Add in chopped crab meat. Stir in cooked rice. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top. Bake on 350º until bubbly.

You may also use shrimp, crumbled hamburger, sausage, or chicken for the meat instead of crab.
