12-15 chicken wings, cleaned and cut at joints with tips removed (I double the following three ingredients if making more wings)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken wings sections on baking sheet. Mix last three ingredients and pour over wings. Marinate for 1 hour, turning at 1/2 hour. Bake 375º for 1 hour, turning at 1/2 hour. Place wings and juice in crockpot on low heat, or keep warm, until ready to serve.

This recipe is from my mom, Vicki Walker. These wings taste even better the next day after they've absorbed more of the flavor. They're great for making ahead of time if company is expected the next day!
