1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) creamed style corn
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray 8x8 in. pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour creamed corn in pan and top with cheese. Combine corn muffin mix, egg, milk, and oregano. Spread over cheese. Top with French fried onions. Bake 20-25 min until brown on top and muffin mix doesn't jiggle if you shake pan back and forth.
