5 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup soy flour
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup honey
1 cup corn or soy oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Beat honey and oil until blended and stir into dry ingredients until thoroughly blended. Spread onto two jelly roll pans and bake at 300º for about 30 minutes. Stir once while roasting to prevent edges from burning. Cool completely. Store in jars or plastic bags. Serve with milk or yogurt.
