1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash nutmeg
Dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spinach according to package directions; drain, squeezing all liquid from the spinach. Set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add flour and stir until smooth. Add cream and heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Add the spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne. Cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes. Serve hot.
