1/2 c. ground allspice
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 garlic cloves
4-6 scotch bonnet peppers
1 T. ground thyme
2 bunches scallions
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 T. soy sauce
3 T. vinegar
2 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth. Prepare chicken and coat with the rub. Let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight. Bake chicken at 350º until juices run clear or fry in a pan until cooked through.
