1 -16 oz pkg. Wide Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
1 pound Hot Italian Sausage, casing removed
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
4 oz. can Mushroom or Mushroom pieces
8 oz. Pepperoni slices
8 oz. jar Pizza Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Green Olives
1/3 cup Water
6-8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with onion and drain.
Combine half the cheese and all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Transfer to casserole dish.
Cook approximately 30 minutes in a 350 degree F. oven or just until bubbly.
Add rest of cheeses on top to melt.
