1 lb. ground beef
1/2 packet taco seasoning
1 medium onion chopped
16 oz. can refried beans
4 oz. can chopped green chilies drained
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or cheddar)
3/4 c. taco sauce
1 medium avocado mashed
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onion (optional)
8 oz. can pitted sliced ripe olives
chopped tomatoes
shredded lettuce
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave ground beef and onion on high until browned. Drain off grease, stir in taco seasoning and 3 T. water, microwave on medium 5 min, stirring frequently. Spread the refried beans in a shallow 9" microwave dish and top with meat mixture. Layer chilies, cheese, and taco sauce on top of meat. Microwave on high for 5 min. Combine the avocado and sour cream and spoon over the heated mixture. Garnish with green onions, olives, lettuce, and tomatoes. Serve with chips as dip or spoon over crushed chips on plate as a meal.
