1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bacon
1 cup chopped onion (optional)
2 (31oz) cans pork and beans
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 cup ketchup
1 (16oz) can lima beans, drained
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain off fat and put beef in crock pot. Brown bacon and onions. Drain off fat and add to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients to crock pot and stir together. Cover and cook on low 4-9 hours.
