4 chicken breasts
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 dc. white wine
1/4 tsp. melted butter
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & pepper chicken. Place in casserole and pour over it the sauce made of soup, wine, thyme, and butter. Bake covered at 350º for 1 hour. Before serving, add water chestnuts, mushrooms, and green peppers.
